Your role and influence as Sales Specialist
Responsibility
You will be given responsibility for shaping and driving the success of Dustin's infrastructure sales, serving as a key advisor to clients, customizing tailored solutions, and contributing to both personal and team achievements in collaboration with our dynamic Sales specialists.
Collaboration
Together with your team, you take care of achieving our shared goal of delivering outstanding infrastructure solutions. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments X and Y, fostering collaboration that is crucial to both personal and team success.
Core activities
- Engage proactively with existing clients in both private and public sectors, working collaboratively within the Infrastructure team, and act as a support and specialist for other sales teams at Dustin.
- Employ a solution-oriented approach, taking significant ownership of personal and team success, while interacting with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Guide customers toward optimal solutions, collaboratively develop plans that add value to their operations, and ensure the continuous dialogue to understand their needs and challenges.
- Participate in various scenarios, from strategic meetings to delivering presentations or workshops, providing advisory support.
