The Role
In this role you will ensure a full overview of the POS content out in the markets we operate in and a well-filled testing backlog for POS, in aim to continuously explore how efficiently it converts new users/customers. One main pillar of the POS business is to convert this physical sales channel into a digital one so we can track and attribute our marketing efforts.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
- Continue to evolve and improve our content strategy and roadmap for Point of Sales, to help us take the next steps and drive growth in line with the business strategy.
- Lead the work with optimizing conversion at POS, ensuring our brands are preferred versus competition while achieving growth KPIs and ROMI.
- Ensure a strong test & research roadmap in place, including A/B testing of signage, in aim to optimize massaging and designs for superior results
- Gather requirements and input from various stakeholders and propose solutions to best support the business need and KPIs.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date on new trends, tools, tactics and best practise within testing.
- Think local with aim to tailor content for each context, while striving to scale processes, solutions and test results when possible
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure efficient production of stimuli material, translation of copy, legal checks and implementation of winning designs
- Use the Analytics team as a sounding board for A/B testing and support in analysing results
- Together with the Insights Manager, deep-dive into the user journey and how drivers interact with our exposure, making sure that our exposure is better than competition
- Create and continuously update POS playbooks for internal use, including best practices for what content to tailor to what context
- Work closely with our regional Marketing Managers, Country Directors and Distribution team
- Facilitate and share learnings across markets and channels
- You will be the go-to person and champion in all matters related to POS content strategy and testing roadmap, playing a pivotal role in our organization's growth and success
- You ensure a productive relationship with our external research partners
Your background
We don't think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
- 4+ years marketing and analytics experience in a multi channel environment
- 4+ yrs of cross-country experience
- A proven track record of driving growth in the physical and digital space, working successfully with testing and experimentation
- Can demonstrate an ability to drive several parallel projects forward in a dynamic environment
- Have good knowledge and experience from how to work with relevant KPIs and measurements. You have a drive for results, a love for data and you have an ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
- You are forward-leaning with a "be curious" mentality, a data-obsessed approach, an ability to get things done while playing together as a team
- Skilled at stakeholder management of senior and international colleagues
- You have a fun and strong personality and you are also passionate about marketing, analytics and growth
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and/or marketing
- We expect you to be a strong communicator in both written and verbal form in English
