As a Business Developer in the unit Digital Sales & Customer Experience you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities within the digital sales and service area. You will drive key strategic projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders outside your team such as product managers, engineers, marketers, and designers to solve interesting and challenging customer or business problems.
This is a position that offers many opportunities in the If organization working with different topics through a role in an agile team, as for example a product owner, or in a cross functional initiative.

About the team
Digital Sales and Customer Experience is a part of If focusing on meeting digital demands with an agile mindset and working methods. The unit is responsible for building and developing our digital offerings to create excellent customer experiences and increased sales. The unit brings together CRM, digital sales and services, customer analytics and data management, API product management, and UX and service design under one roof.
As a Business developer in DS&CX, you will be part of the Nordic Business Development Chapter where we foster and develop our competences to succeed in our roles as Business Developers.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we think you are great at analyzing, structuring, and working on solving complex problems. You have a strong drive and can facilitate various stakeholders to ensure progress on initiatives. You bring technical interest and understanding as well as business talent and have experience in working in the intersect between business needs and technical solutions. You are strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
You also have
- Academic masters degree in Economics or Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as a management consultant or equivalent
- Experience of agile ways of working and digital development
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Meritable with previous experience as Product Owner
