At LEVELS we build sophisticated and compelling web applications for big and exciting clients, help develop digital products for new and promising start-up companies, and at times even pitch our inhouse-bred product ideas in front of investors! Here is where you enter the picture
As Business Developer you will join our friendly tech organization consisting of developers, designers and product managers among others. We believe that you have a background working with sales and business within the area of product development, and you should be just as excited as we are about the startup scene and in building great digital products. We are currently going through an organizational change to be able to scale our business, which in our case means creating more autonomous tech teams, splitting up our existing tech team into new Business Units. You will have the Key account responsibility for the ventures and clients within the Business Unit, collaborating closely with the PMO and Levels sales team to ensure delivery.
The role
Some of the primary responsibilities are:
Making sure your Business Unit has a sufficient inflow/amount of projects, having the primary responsibility of handling incoming leads and taking them to sign, as well as working with finding leads yourself
Key Account responsibility for the Ventures and clients within your Business Unit, which also includes continuously working with upsales
Closely collaborate with the PMO to prioritize development and design efforts based on business goals and market demands. This involves understanding the strategic objectives of both Levels and its Ventures and aligning development efforts accordingly
Regularly monitoring the progress of your Business Units projects and providing status reports to relevant stakeholders. This includes tracking KPI's, milestones, and potential challenges, and communicating updates to the PMO and other business development team members
Establishing a feedback loop between the tech team and business development initiatives. This involves gathering insights from the tech team regarding project feasibility, resource constraints, and technical considerations to refine and improve business development strategies
Closely collaborate with PMs, sales, tech and designers in the early stages of client projects, in for example pre-study phase. This might include facilitating workshops or help provide with other business related tasks
Must haves
Demonstrated background within the area of product development, thereby having a deep understanding of the technical development echo system
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and strategic partnerships, preferably within a startup environment
Structure imbues everything you do in your strategic sales and other internal processes
You have exceptional communication skills; clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making
Understanding of the startup scene, preferably you have experience from working with startups as well

Terms of Employment
Employment is permanent and full time. Placement is Stockholm, we have our own Office in A House at Östermalmsgatan 26A, we apply a hybrid workplace model.
