Your role & influence as Business Developer
Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for driving cross-functional projects and facilitating continuous change to propel forward the SMB journey at Dustin. You have a talent for identifying and addressing challenges that contributes to refining work processes and tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of enabling the continuous journey within SMB. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as marketing, product management, and sales.
Core activities :
- Drive specific assignments/projects to deliver value to the SMB journey.
- Gather data-driven insights on customer behavior to enhance the customer experience.
- Serve as the liaison between different departments, fostering understanding of SMB segment needs and facilitating collaboration.

In addition, it is important that you have:
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering
- Business fluency in English is required
- 2+ years of experience in business development/management consulting or other relevant experience such as sales enablement, growth enablement, business process management (close to sales).
- Previous experience from team- and/or project management
