What is needed in this role:
- Previous experience working as an IT or Business Analyst or in similar role;
- Familiarity with IAM processes;
- Interest in automation and a motivation to improve existing processes;
- Great communication and planning skills;
- Excellent English language skills both in speaking and writing;
- Strong self-leadership skills;
- The ability to find a way independently, while remaining committed to collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to reach a common goal;
- An appreciation for the opportunity to learn and develop continuously;
- A desire to work in a cooperative and empowering work culture;
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one!;
- The ability to handle uncertainty and to act quickly to resolve critical issues as they arise;
- A good sense of humor!
