In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a cross functional team that implements, maintains and operates credit risk models contributing to one of the banks most prioritized initiatives.
- Collaborate with software engineers, Business Analysts, risk officers, architects and product owners for successful system improvements.
- Analyse and write requirements towards our Data Warehouses as well as for our own services.
- Drive and participate in quality assurance and testing of developed functionality.
- Ensure that documentation of our solutions and our models is up to date. E.g. system documentation, system map etc.
- Work with data quality and data lineage.
- Support APO to break down IO's to MVP's and Stories.
- Continuous business support.
- Monthly reconciliations.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, e.g. Industrial Economics, Computer and Systems Sciences or similar
- A few years relevant working experience, e.g. as a Business Analyst, Data Steward, BI Developer, Data Engineer or similar.
- Banking and finance knowledge, especially within the Credit Risk area.
- Being comfortable in writing SQL and having knowledge around SQL databases and data modelling concepts.
- Good technical understanding, e.g. how systems works and how they can be improved.
- Sees the value of accurate documentation.
- Creative and driven problem solver with an analytical mindset.
- Team player who likes to share his/her knowledge as well as learning from colleagues.
- Proficient in Swedish and English.
- Experienced in SAS (e.g. Enterprise Guide, DI Studio) is a bonus.
