Are you a Digital Business Acceleration Manager with a passion for customer experience? If you're a strategic thinker, a master of online and love the shift from attended channels i.e. Customer Service to our unattended channels i.e. portals and APIs, we want to hear from you!
My name is Magnus Nerell, and I am running our Operational Management team within Business Unit Enterprise solutions, B2B Sweden. Driven by the ambition to meet our customers demands and continuously develop our capabilities to secure improved customer experience and growth.
I am currently looking for a new star to join our team.

As a key player on our team, you will leverage your extensive experience in customer experience and digital strategy, focusing primarily on securing development of our online channels to meet customer demands and move our customers from attended to unattended channels. You will work closely with our Digital & Analytics team as well as our development ARTs.
Your role will be pivotal in our customer journey.
The work duties consist of but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for our Business Units online strategies aligned with business objectives to increase customer satisfaction and sales impact.
  • Put demands on our online tools to meet customer expectations.
  • Drive the shift to digital agenda, focusing on maximizing ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor relevant KPI's .
  • Ensure that we have the right tools, education material and way of working to help our customers and our organization to move to unattended channels.

The key component to succeed in this role is that you are a forceful changemaker. You are committed to delivering results and are comfortable taking ownership of your work and priorities. You love taking an idea and converting it to tangible reality and you are experienced enough to be able to balance structure with social skills and stakeholder EQ.

Your experience:
  • At least 5 years of proven professional experience in B2B Business.
  • Proven track record of driving change, effectively communicating, influencing, and engaging at all levels across a multinational matrix organization.
  • Familiar with SAFe framework and Agile way of working.
  • Business minded with a good understanding of financial terms, business cases, product calculations.
  • Project management and/or experience as EPIC Owner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
