Welcome to Digital Wealth: we enable customers to unlock their financial wellbeing by developing market-leading digital savings platform and investment advisory solutions. As the Senior Business Developer in Digital Wealth Governance, you’ll play a key role supporting the entire DW organisation to keep the “house in order” through assessment and management of operational risks and business continuity planning.
You’ll work closely with all DW teams supporting Wealth Management, Personal Banking and Business Banking to develop and run a successful savings business with focus on omni-channel customer experiences. In this position you will get a unique opportunity to get deep insight into the business through operational risk and governance perspectives while being in the middle of the savings value chain. The position is a Nordic role and you can be located in any of the four Nordic capitals.
More of what you will be doing:
Be the driver and the key expert assessing and improving existing governance arrangements with regards to incident reporting and business continuity and crisis management in Digital Wealth
Help the DW teams and leadership in identifying, assessing, and make recommendations on managing and mitigate the organization’s operational risks
Ensure holistic incident oversight and efficient incident management within Digital Wealth including senior management reporting
Support DW teams and leadership with management of incidents, related risks and mitigating actions
Drive and follow-up on operational risk related topics, as well as support in FSA/GIA/Risk related actions
Provide trainings and other activities raising awareness on operational risk, incident and business continuity management topics
You’ll join a motivated and dedicated Nordic team. We are senior specialists recognized for professionalism, competence and capacity. We work closely together in an open and honest atmosphere and are happy to share our knowledge, give feedback and have good laugh. Given the combination of specialist skills in the team, you will have the possibility to gain breadth of knowledge in the governance area related to savings and investments. The role is based in any of the Nordic capitals.

Your experience and background:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with e.g. incident handling, business continuity and crisis management, operational risks etc.
General knowledge of Nordea’s savings and investment business
Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
