Elevate your career with BoardClic! We're in need of an exceptional Customer Success Manager to champion our client relationships. What You Will Do
Foster Strong Relationships and Drive Product Adoption
Collaborate closely with a designated group of our most significant customers, ranging from support personnel to senior executives.
Maintain regular and tailored engagement with customers through activities such as quarterly business reviews, roadmap presentations, and targeted product training sessions.
Gain in-depth insight into each customer's organisation, objectives, and challenges, identifying opportunities for growth within their network.
Ensure Customer Retention
Utilise product usage data to proactively address barriers to adoption and minimise customer attrition.
Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify areas for enhancement in customer product setups and operational processes, liaising with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
Develop innovative strategies to meet customer needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
Drive Customer Growth
Employ strategic account management techniques to uncover expansion opportunities and identify potential upsell and cross-sell prospects.
Advocate for BoardClic's latest innovations, encouraging customers to become ambassadors by participating in events, providing references, and contributing to case studies.
Enhance the customer experience by delivering exceptional service and seeking opportunities to exceed expectations.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Customer-Facing Roles: Previous experience engaging directly with - customers is essential. Experience in consulting or account management is highly valued.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required. Knowledge of corporate governance is advantageous.
Strong Communication Skills: You possess the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for our clients. Our primary stakeholders include chairs, board of directors, and corporate secretaries.
Effective Collaboration: You can collaborate seamlessly with various internal teams, such as sales, marketing, product, and support.
Passion for Learning: You have a keen interest in understanding BoardClic's products and their technical underpinnings.
Business Acumen: You demonstrate business insight, enabling you to grasp client needs while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Analytical Aptitude and Problem-Solving Skills: You possess an analytical mindset and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. You excel at identifying root causes and devising appropriate solutions swiftly.
Project Management Skills: You can adeptly manage multiple projects and transition smoothly between technical and business topics as needed.
