We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Service Manager! As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This position involves proactive engagement, relationship-building and collaboration with clients to maximize the value they derive from our solutions.

What does the role look like?
- Be the contact person for one or more customers and to ensure services are delivered according to agreed quality and profitability
- To be the customers representative inside Banqsoft which means coordination and follow-up on activities internally and to the customer
- Work on client strategies in corporation with Key Account Manager
- Actively contribute to the development of Banqsoft's delivery towards customers
- Execute client meetings and follow-up and identify actions internally and towards customer
- Support the customer with planning and delivery of IT projects
- Gather customer needs and possibilities as well as communicate these to stakeholders both internally and with the customer
- Ensure effective communication around the customer internally at Banqsoft
- Client negotiations about extensions or changes of Banqsoft's services

Are we a great match?
To master the role of Service Manager we believe that you have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Industry experience in IT, banking and/or finance
- 2+ years of working experience in Customer Success, account management, project management, product management, service management, delivery management or business development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships with clients and internal teams
- A service minded attitude, commercially minded and strong project management skills
- You are solution oriented and work well with complex issues and enjoy working with others
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish and/or Norwegian, both verbally and written
- Strong alignment with our Employee DNA
It's great if you have (but not a must!):
- Experience in ITIL
- Experience of working with international customers
