Accountabilities:
As an IT Technical Support at AstraZeneca, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the highest level of support to our users. Your main tasks will include support of hardware, software as well as consulting/recommending of IT equipment and purchasing. You will act as the main contact towards the end customer as the face of IT, handling cases in the ticket management system ServiceNow, running cases with other teams on behalf of the end customer, and providing support for hardware and software.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience of face 2 face support with the customer in focus
- Ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of Windows and the Office365 environment
- Good knowledge of MDM environments
- Good knowledge of working in ticket management systems
- Basic network knowledge and experience of working with ZPA solutions
- Driver's license B
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Good knowledge of Intune
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience with VC equipment
- Experience with Mac
