Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and messages from our Swedish customers• Resolve tickets related to Swedish customers• Attend internal team meetings and possibly customer meetings• Ensure work results meet KPIs and SLAs• Become an expert on LeadDesk's product and customers• Integrate into the Support team
Requirements
• Educational background: successful completion of Mathematics, Swedish and English classes (high school level)• 1-2 years of work experience in a customer-oriented role• Full professional working proficiency in both Swedish and English• Personality traits: proactive, service-minded, and analytical• Ability to master tech and human interaction• Ability to work independently• Knowledge of Zendesk and troubleshooting tools is a plus• Language skills in Danish, Norwegian, Spanish, etc. are a plus• Residency in the Stockholm metropolitan area is a plus
