Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Specialist in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area. The Technical Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to sales and customers, managing sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided. The role is the glue between sales and delivery of the solution to customers. Qualifications Web programming and API knowledge Technical Sales Support and Communication skills Experience in Technical Support, Sales Operations, and Customer Service Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus Experience in the IT industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
