In 2023 Mölnlycke transformed Global Customer Experience (GCX) and successfully established a new organization to take Customer Experience to the next level. As part of this journey Mölnlycke is looking to hire a Global Customer Experience Learning & Development Lead to play a pivotal role in further establishing a continuous learning dedicated to the global Customer Experience team. You will work closely with the GCX Leadership team to identify needs and opportunities and further develop learning offers for the organization.

 

Location: remote (some business travelling, up to 20%)

 

What you’ll do:

  • Define and implement the GCX Learning and Development Strategy
  • Ensure continuous and active collaboration with GCX Management to define capabilities and to identify educational needs and opportunities for GCX roles
  • Develop learning offers for the organization and propose learning methodologies to maximize learning experience
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and establish improvement actions
  • Provide (directly or via suppliers) relevant soft skills training to GCX teams
  • Implement a tracking tool to monitor Learning & Development
  • Maintain updated training material and resources for GCX users and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate and align with COO and Sustainability L&D Manager to ensure continuity and end to end approach of GCX Learning offer

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor level degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
  • Experience (+4 years) as Learning & Development manager and in developing capabilities as internal or external partner
  • Passionate about developing people and expert in learning methodologies
  • Insights into customer care function and corresponding capabilities
  • Solution-focused and proactive, taking ownership to overcome challenges
  • Exceptional communicator with excellent consultant and facilitation skills
  • Confident in developing strong working relationships and to influence outcomes across the organization
  • Non-hierarchical leadership, managing one Learning & Development Specialist
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Business fluent in English
