What you will do:
Be the primary point of contact for customer requests,
Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to provide a seamless experience to new and existing customers
Resolve technical issues as they arise in a timely manner
Follow up with a thorough needs' assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns

Are fluent in Swedish
Very good knowledge of English - both in written and spoken language.
Sales Experience with consumer or business products and services required.
Relate with the importance of a sales engagement process in day to day interactions
Demonstrate consultative sales skills
Recognize customer personalities and personas in order to establish a sustainable customer relationship
Develop confidence in proposing a complete value added solution to the customer
Develop confidence in asking for the sale and connecting sales back to delivering Customer Service
