About this opportunity
What you'll be doing:
- Build underpinning execution structures with strong customer focus, lead large-scale transformation and steer change management activities
- Design and implement coherent frameworks on how we deliver our change agenda with focus on Agile and Lean practices
- Orchestrate seamless execution of highly complex initiatives, translating Nordea strategy and priorities into successful business outcomes
- Partner with senior executives to provide support and guidance, in particular, help translate portfolio objectives and KPIs into actionable initiatives. Also, follow up of CTO Change portfolio KPIs and governance
- Coordinate projects across Technology value chain
- Drive a great communication and cooperation among all stakeholders
The role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm or Copenhagen

Your experience and background:
- Proven delivery track record, both in leading highly complex change programmes or delivering portfolio level process implementations on time and within budget
- Experience in driving SAFe / Agile transformation on different levels of the organization. If you have been involved in implementing Portfolio level and Strategic Planning frameworks through (Objective, Key Results) OKRs, then, this is a huge plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proactively manage Senior stakeholders and facilitate Steering meetings which may include C-level stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills in English, both in speaking and writing
