We are now looking for a Lead Project Leader to take a senior responsibility in delivery of LLiquidity and ALM solutions. In this role you will be responsible for leading the combined effort of all delivery teams in the L&ALM area and work closely with the Product Manager and Solution Delivery lead from Group Finance.

We welcome you to the Service Domain Liquidity & ALM in Technology – a part of the Service Area Group Finance.
We provide value to the bank by providing a great technology team to develop and operate business applications for L&ALM core processes:
- Liquidity Risk management
- Intraday Liquidity Risk monitoring
- Non-Traded market risk
- Funding and Funds Transfer Pricing
- Hedge accounting
- Behavioural Models
We work with technologies such as Snowflake, MS Power BI, Focus ALM and Java components. The teams consists of people from Nordea and partners in a global delivery logic.

As the Lead Project Leader in the area you will:
- Lead the coordinated effort from all teams to delivery technology solutions in close cooperation with the Product Manager and Solution Delivery Lead from business
- Ensure translation of business needs to tangible team objectives and solutions
- Manage stakeholders and successfully orchestrate deliveries according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner
- Report on budget, progress, risks according to Nordea processes
- Manage risks, dependencies and impediments to ensure teams efficiency
- Inspire, motivate and coach teams and team members, establish continuous improvements and encourage a growth mindset
- Build high-performing teams, foster collaboration and steering teams towards the culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Together with the teams create an energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion and good communication
In addition, we foresee that you share your experience to improve the overall ways of working in leading technology change for the benefit of the Service Area and Nordea.
Line belonging and Location:
You will join the Service Domain L&ALM in Group Functions Technology and be part of a great capability team of professional Project Leaders. The role can be executed from any country in the Nordics or Poland.

Your experience and background is likely to include much of the following:
- A longer proven track record in IT project management or leading complex Agile initiatives – plus 10 years
- Experience in leading distributed and multi-faceted teams in a global environment
- Firm grasp of agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum) and/or traditional project management (PMI/IPMA certification or equivalent is preferred)
- Understanding of IT process and the software development lifecycle
- Experience in problem solving in complex initiatives
- Experience building strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience working in the CFO context or in the Financial Services industry
