Within PwC Assurance, it's all about the people. Grab this challenging opportunity to become a Team Leader for a team of Project Coordinators.
As a Team Leader you will lead and coach a group of Project Coordinators and also be a member of the management team.
Your main responsibilities as Team leader include but are not limited to:
- Coach and develop team members
- Build the function of "Project Coordinators" to support the business in the best possible way
- Responsible for salary setting and annual salary review
- Staffing and recruitment
- Anchoring information
- Work environment responsibility and workforce planning
- Follow the Assurance Business Plan
The position as Team Leader is estimated on an average to be about 20-30% of full-time employment on a yearly basis. A lot of that time is naturally focused around our Performance Management Process, but also in day-to-day people matters and coaching. For the rest 70-80% of full-time employment, we believe you will be working as a Project Coordinator or as an Auditor.
Preferred skills
- Experience from an Administrative function or working as an Auditor
- Deep knowledge about our ways of working as well as the Audit process
- Excellent relationships with the business and different stakeholders
- Interest in Leadership and a desire for continuous improvement
