About this opportunity
Welcome to join Group Functions Technology in Nordea ! In this role you will be working in the Capital reporting IT area that is one of the large service domains in the Finance Service area. We are delivering technology services and developing financial solutions to meet the future needs of the capital management. Through these services we support our business partners in regulatory reporting to deliver Capital reporting to both authorities and internally for management decisions.
You will be offered this great opportunity to support Regulatory reporting through Capital reporting service domain. In the Capital reporting area Basel IV is one of the key priorities. As per ECB guidelines, Nordea is upgrading from Basel III to Basel IV regulations and the Capital Reporting team has been entrusted to lead this implementation.
The role will be based is based in Stockholm.
What you'll be doing:
- Accountable for coordinating given Epic(s) through the CART Kanban system
- Act as the IT Driver - dimension in the coordination-rectangle of an Epic, collaborating with the Business Epic Driver, Epic Architect and Epic Test Lead
- Sparring partner for Business Epic Driver in defining the epic, its Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Roadmap and risk-based Transition Planning
- Accountable for collaborating and synchronizing with relevant roles and peers in CART as well as stakeholders for proactive and strategic steering of the epic's implementation plan
- With the help of RTE and Product Management, secure efficient execution and enable the delivery of the approved Epic scope within agreed capacity/ quality / time using mandatory processes and frameworks

- Have experience as Project Leader in complex IT transformation initiatives
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have experience in managing dependencies (inbound/outbound) towards ARTs and waterfall projects/programs
- Are open minded, curious and persistent, with the courage to speak up even if it is difficult
- Have goal oriented and proactive way of working
- Have a positive can-do attitude and willing to tackle challenges
- Are eager and willing to learn to know your domain
Your experience and background:
- At least 4-6 years of experience as a Project leader or Scrum master in IT, preferably in a financial sector
- Have significant experience in complex IT initiatives
- Experience of financial or regulatory reporting incl. Basel is considered beneficial
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
- Technical background ( developer, tester, IT analyst etc) is beneficial
- Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships
- SAFe framework knowledge and experience is an advantage
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT relevant field
