About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Senior Project Leader to join the CTO Delivery and Oversight team in GBS. At Nordea, we’re deeply committed to deliver the financial solutions of tomorrow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Establish and drive E2E delivery for medium to large complex initiatives to achieve successful business outcome. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering change by driving the Strategic technology targets and enablers in the bank
- Deliver on agreed objectives in a predictable and transparent manner and participate in change management initiatives
- Set and clarify expectations, share information and actively manage stakeholders to secure alignment, provide transparency and clear communications
- Coordinate with projects across different value chain
The role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm or Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:
- Proven delivery track record, both in delivery recovery and shaping medium to large scale change programmes involving infrastructure and platform development.
- Experience working as an Execution Leader on technically complex, multi business area delivery initiatives.
- Experience delivering change initiative in Agile and/or SAFe methodology is a plus
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
- Proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner.
- Excellent English skills, both in speaking and in writing
