Engineering Center in Bielsko-Biała, as an independent unit focuses on designing mechatronic systems, prototype production and testing as well as acoustic and mechanical validation and software development for electric power steering systems (EPS). We currently employ more than 250 people
Responsibilities:
- Project management in Software Test domain of embedded systems with the goal of product quality assurance according to Automotive SPICE
- Define and manage testing projects, in particular the scope, timing, budget/expenses, staffing and quality
- Plan, schedule, monitor and control tests, report to the project and line management
- Identify, communicate and manage risks in test projects
- Ensure proper closing of tests, collect lessons learned

Your profile:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably: electronics, computer science, telecommunication, mechatronics, biomedical engineering)
- Communication and presentation skills (English), other languages will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Self-dependent working with a rigorous & positive approach / intelligent & energetic / good team-player / target focused acting
- High level of analytical abilities, strong judgment and leadership skills
- Nice to have: 1). Background or working experience in electronics, computer science, telecommunication, mechatronics, biomedical engineering 2). Experience within automotive industry (including AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 or Automotive SPICE) 3). Experience in project / team management
