• Ensure value and operation of IT service in restaurants• Deliver and operate service within agreed service levels• Manage documentation of service• Define business requirements for service development• Coordinate problem solving, change management, and development• Review and monitor service's total cost of ownership
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role with ITIL framework• Experience in vendor management, service delivery, and documentation• Experience in specification of business requirements is a plus• Excellent language skills in English and Danish• Good communication and relationship-building skills• Ability to prioritize in unstructured environment
