Product Owner- Strawberry Portal

One of the key ongoing projects is the launch of our new tech stack meaning that we are replacing all key systems both at hotel level but also on headquarter level. With this change Strawberry launched a new online product that we envision to be a one stop working tool for our Hotels & Customer Service, to support them in their daily operation.
The product shall enable for one touch point where they can find aggregated guest & customer information (360 view). The product roadmap will grow and evolve going forward, enabling additional features & functionalities to make our end users day to day operation as smooth as possible, this so that they can serve our guests & customers in the best possible way .

What you will be doing:
As the Product Owner for our product "Strawberry portal" you will work with product management to help us evolve the newly added product for the organization.
The Strawberry portal is envisioned to be a one stop working tool for our end users to support them in their daily operation. The tool has endless possibilities and it's the Product Owner's role to ensure that we implement & develop the best suited features for the product that makes our end users day to day work as smooth and efficient as possible.
You will lead the work on gathering business needs & requirements and together with other stakeholders set up product roadmap and prioritization.
You will work closely with hotel operations, digital engineering team, architecture & information team and other key stakeholders to understand the underlying needs for features within the product. You will also work in getting a deep understanding of the technological possibilities the new product gives us.
You'll be a central representative for the Group Applications team on how Strawberry best can leverage the new technology that the portal & our new fulfillment systems brings to the table.
You will be reporting to the Head of Group Applications within the technology department at Strawberry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the vision, strategic goals and the success of the product.
• Work on support & escalation routines and set up up internal work processes & governance around the product
• Maintenance of the product
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company to analyze business needs, evaluate ideas and align product roadmap & prioritization.
• Lead and drive the work around the product from idea to backlog and ensure that the most valuable features for the organization are built.
• Work closely with UX, solution architect, development, QA, content, analysis in implementing selected ideas
• Lead go live activities and set expectations for new features
• Having an agile and data driven mindset "how can we quickly verify our assumptions"
• Remain up to date on technology trends and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience, as well as experience in building great products that have generated tangible value
• Ability to efficiently collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience of agile methodologies
• Experience from the hospitality business is a plus
• We believe that you are a great team player that likes to have fun with your colleagues and inspire others.
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
• Fluently in English and preferably also in either Norwegian or Swedish
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholder

The role is to be based in Strawberry's head office in Stockholm.
