We are looking for a Product Owner who wants to be part of Tietoevry Tech Services and our unit Software Engineering. Tietoevry Tech Services drives enterprise-wide transformation across customers' business processes, applications, and infrastructure.
When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Product Owner (PO)
- You will be a part of a team with experienced and senior colleagues having different roles within software development domain. We are working in close collaboration and continuously share experiences and knowledge.
- You will work as a consultant with modern technology. The customers' technology and needs vary and how clearly a need is defined can vary with the customers you meet, which eventually builds a broad knowledge.
- PO works closely with stakeholders, including customers, business owners, and development teams, to define and prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the right features are developed at the right time. Stakeholders may be working remote.
- The PO participates in the various events as applicable, such as Daily standup and Program Increment (PI) planning, and work with the development team/s during the PI execution, and accepting the completed work
The position does not involve extensive travel.
Who we are looking for
- You have solid experience of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Product Owner role in large organisations
- Comfortable to work with a structured and analytical approaches, supported by relevant tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Capability to analyze and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements
- Background as a software developer or scrum master
- Experience from complex, ideally international, business and IT environment
- Experience from Telecom operators. Knowledge of Telecom IT and/or Telecom networks is strongly beneficial
- You have good communicative properties, f luent language skills in Swedish and English
