In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible in setting the vision and roadmap to maximize the business value of our investments and the team's work, aligning with Swedbank’s strategic direction.
- Together with the team take ownership of what is delivered.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross functional teams by finding solutions for how our products and services are presented in a consistent and standardized way.
- Build a close relationship and increase cooperation across all tech and business areas.
- Prioritize, manage the backlog, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
- Lead and prioritize activities with the aim to continuously improve our environment.
- Take full responsibility for area related investments, budget, and contracts (life cycle, HW, licenses and support)
- Secure the delivery of appropriate and reliable IT services for following areas: Email security, Network Access Control, Network detection and response capabilities
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one…
- Previous experience of product management, cybersecurity or network engineering
- Familiar with IT Service Management and Agile Ways of Working
- Experience from bank, financial institute or similarly regulated industry is a plus
- Interest for market analysis, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Great communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in English
- Excellent time management, stakeholder management, planning and execution skills
- Solution oriented mindset, team player and can-do attitude even in complex situations
- Structured, self-driven, giving and taking responsibility
