What you will do
- Secure innovation based on target group needs and user experience to create value and break new ground in the field of Digital Solutions and services .
- Define global product vision, product strategy and innovation road map.
- Align communication and launch timings with category and business unit.
- Efficiently manage the product throughout its complete lifecycle
- Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholders to secure the realization of the innovation roadmap and the development of the services/solutions, cross target audiences, channels etc.
- Secure and capture Solution/Product Innovation opportunities as input to the business development roadmap that is closely defined together with the commercial team.
- Identify and develop partnerships with external solution/product providers to meet the commercial objectives in the business development roadmap.
- Continuously review and optimize way of working.
- Coach other Product Managers and advice others in product development process for Digital Solutions
- Proactively adapt to re-calibrate roadmap to changing circumstances, such as financial forecasts, budget process and other product releases
Key Competencies
- University degree within a relevant technical field
- Experience within product management and innovation , product life cycle management or similar relevant experience are positive.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to travel as the function requires visits to customers, partners, and suppliers both in and outside of Europe.
- Experience from Agile Design, project management and leading complex product teams
- Experience from SW, HW and IoT Solutions or Digital Services is beneficial.
