We are now looking for a Senior Director Product Management Containerboard
Join our dynamic team as we seek a passionate and skilled leader to drive value growth and strategic alignment within our Paperboard division. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for our Containerboard segment who thrives on leading and developing both the business and people.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing segment profitability, driving product specification and development, crafting compelling value propositions, overseeing technical service, and spearheading marketing initiatives. You will be leading a small yet impactful team consisting of reporting managers and specialists in technical service, Product Management, and business coordination. In summary your main tasks will be:
- Drive value growth and maximize EBIT for segment containerboard in alignment with the Paperboard and BEU strategy.
- Lead, drive and motivate the Product Management team.
- Create a yearly aspiring/ambitions/daring/ business plan, connected to an action plan for the segment. Ensure follow-through and buy in from Snr leadership team.
- Create a long-term sales plan, in alignment with the mill plans and BEU strategy.
- Follow up and secure that identified progress measures and KPI´s (Sales, EBIT, Value engineering, etc) are delivered.
- Lead value engineering initiatives in cooperation with operations and procurement to contribute to the company wide GoGreat program.
- Manage and develop the core offer and value proposition for Containerboard.
- Align product and PM mix optimization with operations to maximize EBIT.
- Lead and manage a close cooperation with Sales management, product development, business development, application development and marketing.
- Steer pricing strategy/guidelines in close cooperation with the Sales Director.
- Overall responsibility for sales forecast for the segment.
- Represent Billerud in the containerboard related branch organizations.
This position is based out of our head office in Solna or one of our mills located in Gruvön or Skärblacka.

Kvalifikationer
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:
- Academical background in engineering, economics, business administration or equal.
- Extensive proven record in strategic leadership role in a global B2B context.
- Experience of collaborating and influencing all levels of management.
- Proven track record in EBIT creation.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Experience from the process or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
