About this opportunity
Welcome to Nordea Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) and the Financial Crime Application Management team (FCAM). We are accountable for keeping the base platform for business critical applications - used in the fight to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and tax evasion -compliant, stable and available. Our team members take the leading roles in driving change and continuously seeking to uplift the platform, via our Application Lifecycle Management Process.
Joining the FCAM team as (Senior) Product Owner you will have the following responsibilities:
- Secure high standards in change initiative planning, issues, risks, dependencies, deliverables as part of our Platform Agile Release Train (TMS Platform ART)
- Represent the Application Owner in the ART and collaborate with our Exploration Team, to assess and analyse requirements needed on the platform, to mitigate Financial Crime risks
- Drive discussions within the Agile teams and with stakeholders in Technology and Business to ensure deliverables are correctly understood and the best solutions are found
- Drive development initiatives taking end-to-end ownership of deliverables, priority sessions included
- Contribute to the development and preparation of presentation and communication material, i.e. Roadmaps and PI-Plans
- Facilitate deliverable approvals and change requests
- Identify needs, analyse and improve working procedures to simplify and increase efficiency

Your preferred background and experience:
- Experience from project and change management frameworks such as PMI, SAFe Agile or other
- Exhibits strong analytical skills as well as the ability to structure and break down complex initiatives into manageable pieces.
- Is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and can manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Maintains high ethical standards and is unafraid to voice opinions constructively.
- Demonstrates a blend of technical savvy and business intelligence.
- Have a good ability to understand large and complex system landscapes.
- Shows passion for technology and its application in solving business challenges.
- Minimum Bachelor, preferably Master degree
- Fluent in oral and written English
