Do you want to embark in the journey of an exciting fast pace growing airline? Qatar Airways will have 66 departures from Nordics and Poland (NEU) by January 2024, and the airline is expanding rapidly.

Qatar Airways (QR) is now recruiting for the role of Sales Account Manager based in Stockholm.

The job involves managing relationships with Qatar Airways Small and Medium Corporate customers and Travel Management Companies (TMC) within NEU, ensuring the revenue is maximized.

As a Sales Account Manager you will:

·         Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with Qatar Airways Corporate clients and Travel Management Companies

·         Contribute to the implementation of Qatar Airways sales strategy to maximize short- and long-term revenue opportunities

·         Review Qatar Airways sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue

·         Manage and co-ordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of area of responsibility

·         You will engage in joint sales and marketing activities to grow the level and quality of Qatar Airways revenue sold through these partners and driving efficiencies in the distribution processes

·         Represent Qatar Airways at trade events, promotions and sales functions, including supporting educational and familiarization trips

Qualifications

About you - The successful person will have following qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

·         Relevant customer facing commercial experience within the travel industry, ideally within Airline Sales

·         Experience in successfully negotiating contracts

·         Positive and flexible sales mind and attitude

·         A dedicated problem solver and team player who is confident in a rapid changing environment

·         Good knowledge of MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).

·         Good understanding of airline processes (e.g. Pricing/Distribution technology), systems (e.g. Amadeus, GDSes) and travel industry in general

·         Knowledge of Sales Force is beneficial

·         Fluency in English and Scandinavian language (written and spoken) is essential

·         Has a legal rights to live and work in Sweden.
