LOCATION: Stockholm, Sweden
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Notified Team is looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Stockholm!
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing an excellent working relationship with assigned clients across Nordics and serve as a client advocate to ensure quality delivery of services and solutions to our Public Relations and Investor Relations Clients. You will also focus on growing business with existing accounts through upsell and renewals, as well as identifying opportunities to expand the Notified portfolio through cross-sell of our products and solutions.
You will be highly organized, an exceptional communicator, solution oriented, and have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing accounts.
Essential Duties:
  • Manage the overall relationship with the assigned accounts across Nordics countries
  • Lead the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to grow the Notified portfolio of products in assigned accounts
  • Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts, increasing their affinity for Notified products, adding new contracts, and likelihood of renewals
  • Achieve assigned sales billing and bookings quotas
  • Monitor account satisfaction and identify customer problems; coordinate with Notified Customer Engagement to remedy situations
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions
  • Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies
  • Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion

What you will bring...
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, communications, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' of experience in account management role
  • Previous PR/IR industry experience required
  • Experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, and closing deals
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
