About the Nordic Account Management team
The Account Management team is responsible for the commercial relationships with our existing merchants. Our core focus is to form strong and long lasting relationships with our merchants and ensure growth. The team consists of 6 people, Emma, Isabell, Klara, Michael, Oliver and Sebastian, all located in HQ in Stockholm.
About the role
The Account Management department works together to develop existing business, which directly contributes to Trustly's fast growth. The Nordic Account Management team manages our customers within the verticals, Financial Services and E-commerce. As an Account Manager at Trustly it's crucial to build strong and personal relationships with your customers, optimise customer value and find new collaboration opportunities. In addition, being closest to our customers, we play a crucial role in picking up new trends and customer requests in order to keep pole position in product offering and advance.
What you'll do
    • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
    • Grow the business of existing customers with new markets and products
    • Achieve individual sales targets as well as team KPI's
    • Be the voice of the customer at Trustly and prioritise customer requests
    • Analyse business models to ensure efficient customer consultancy

Who you are
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management role for complex enterprise software or payments
    • An analytical mind and able to discuss and negotiate pricing models with tier 1 customers
    • Great with people and experienced in leading strategic sales
    • Understand financial flows and can contribute to our roadmap ahead
    • International experience with customer relations and great communications skills
    • Higher university degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar is preferred
