If you have a passion for sales and technology and want to help companies and organizations on their journey, you might want to consider joining us in our Sales Development Team as a Sales Development Representative.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will;

  • develop knowledge of local markets, identify networking opportunities and potential customers by finding the decision-makers
  • establish and maintain customer relationships to increase referrals and market share
  • be handling lead qualification and lead nurturing, reconnecting and building relationships to help continuously build the sales pipeline
  • be the first point of contact in the sales process, escorting the customers through the process, understanding the business of our customers and how Connectel can add value to their customer service experience, creating buy-ins for the proposed solutions
  • be part in creating high-level customer strategies and roadmaps on how to increase the business volume in your region
  • update and manage sales activities, leads and company information in our CRM


Experience and skills you bring;

  • experience in business-to-business sales, retail sales, inside sales, customer service, prospecting or equivalent, previous experience in partner or public Bid sales management is a plus
  • a strategic mindset, an ability to create long-term goals and you know how to achieve them
  • a curiosity with an eagerness to learn and make new connections with partners and prospects, you are genuinely interested in understanding your customers and their needs
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives, i.e., an ability to represent Connectel externally
  • you know that it is your time to shine when meeting a customer and you agree to that every interaction with a customer is the most important interaction, yet
  • a strong work ethic, an ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a professional attitude at all times
  • knowledge of SaaS is a plus

Professional level in English is a must, along with one additional language; either French, German, or Spanish.

Good to know

Connectel has a CBA, “kollektivavtal”. 

Preferably you live in the Stockholm area. You will be part of Connectel's Sales team based at the Stockholm Office.
