We are on the lookout for a Project Coordinator for the Open Innovation program Mastercard Lighthouse, focusing on fintech and impact-tech startups in the Nordics and Baltics. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of tasks related to the successful execution of the program. Your primary focus will be on the administrative and operational aspects and you will work closely with the team and external vendors to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and successfully.
Work tasks

• Operational and administrative support to the Program Managers
• Participating in planning and executing key program events, including kick-offs, workshops, Investor Engagements, and showcase events
• Coordinate logistics, including preparing materials and executing event plans
• Work closely with the production team to create high-quality marketing materials and other deliverables in combination with executing on the marketing strategy including social media and other channels
  

What we look for

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Preferably some experience with social media management, event planning, and project management
  

This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule of ca 30-50% availability. You must be available during business hours, and some travel is expected.
