We are looking for a People & Project Coordinator to join PMO and Core Banking Programme (CBP). This is an opportunity for you to join one of the largest programmes in Nordea, where you will be part of a journey for shaping Nordea’s future solutions for customers.
About this opportunity
You will be a part of CBP PMO within PeB Technology, supporting execution across the whole programme.
What you’ll be doing:
- People management; onboarding / offboarding, contract management, managing People Plan (internal resource management tool) and Team Planner for programme resources and reporting people updates to the leadership team
- Financial management; forecasting, actuals and budget follow up and invoice approvals
- Report creation and data analysis
- Event planning and coordination
- Ad hoc assistance to leadership and teams
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your experience and background:
- Project coordination, PMO or project management experience
- Good track record in administrating and supporting large teams/organizations
- People management experience
- Financial experience - budget follow-up and tracking
- Hands-on experience in report creation and data analysis
- In general skilled in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience from working with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
- International experience, having worked with many nationalities and cultures
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluency in English
