Summary

Now we are looking for a Transportation and Project Specialist in Kista, Stockholm. In this role, you will be in charge of making sure transport shipments to customers and patients in the Nordic cluster happen smoothly and on time. Your tasks will include handling costs and invoices, ensuring quality standards, and taking care of customer complaints related to transportation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly closure of all freight related costs/invoices and prepare reports for Finance.

  • Control and accounting of freight invoices and their processing in the freight allocation module (FCA), as well as maintaining freight statistics.

  • Collect and analysis data to provide support for supply chain projects.

  • Monitoring of customer shipments and returns from/to Swedish Distribution Centers

  • Interaction with internal functions such as Customer Service, Warehousing and Business as well as external contacts with customers, carriers, and different partners.

  • Preparation of Supplier Corrective Actions Reports (SCAR) as well as Service Complaints and drive improvements related to transportation complaints.

  • Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures for transportation

  • Processing and supervising customs transactions, as well as checking customs documents and preparing Intrastat reports for Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

  • Identify and implement process optimization and cost reduction measures.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in transportation.

  • Experience in freight forwarding and logistics services.

  • Knowledge of handling import and export processes, ERP Systems and Transportation Management Systems

  • Fluent Swedish and English

  • Good working proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

  • Service oriented attitude.

  • Strong analytical & structural skills.
