We are seeking a full-time Associate / Project Coordinator, spending the majority of working hours for the Open Innovation program Mastercard Lighthouse, focusing on fintech and impact-tech startups in the Nordics and Baltics. In addition to this program, the candidate will also work on other projects for Invenio Growth within Innovation consulting and Strategy consulting.
As an Associate / Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of tasks related to the successful execution of the program and other projects. You will work closely with the team and external vendors to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and successfully.
Work Tasks:
- Operational and administrative support to the Program Managers of the Mastercard Lighthouse program
- Participating in planning and executing key program events, including kick-offs, workshops, Investor Engagements, and showcase events
- Coordination of recruitment efforts for startups participating in the program
- Facilitation of workshops for the program, ensuring smooth running and participant engagement
- Facilitation of investor introductions for program participants
- Coordinate logistics, including preparing materials and executing event plans
- Work closely with the production team to create high-quality marketing materials and other deliverables in combination with executing on the marketing strategy including social media and other channels
- Recent university/college graduate with 0-3 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Preferably some experience with social media management, event planning, and project management
