People Services Center provides fast, consistent, and qualitative support for managers, colleagues, and HR teams through harmonized and digital HR processes in areas where we have common ways of working. Within our fantastic team, we are creating the next People Services experience that will support our organization to meet the business needs of the future. Our service catalog is constantly and rapidly expanding, and we are now looking for People Services Specialists to our team at the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requests in the case management system according to set processes and service delivery model
- Proactively provide solutions, troubleshoot efficiently and handle tasks with precision
- Personalize interactions, aiming for first-contact resolution and collaborating on complex cases
- Identify and keep up to date with relevant policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines within the area of responsibility
- Keep a continuous focus on efficiency, quality, compliance, and user experience
- Identify improvement opportunities, prioritize sustainable solutions, and understand local system impacts.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a doer with a strong passion for service excellence. You have an eye for details, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture and how things are connected. We also believe you dare to be proactive and take your own initiatives to produce the best solution possible.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in HR or similar field, preferably within People Services Center environments
- Knowledge of collective agreements, Swedish law, and applying company policies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience within system administration
- Communication skills in Swedish and English
- It's a plus if you have experience within the Mobility and/or Payroll fields, as well as previous experience with SAP and ServiceNow.
