We are looking for a curious and highly engaged person with a forward leaning attitude to join our MarCom team as the new Partner Marketing Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our partners and contribute to both our long-term growth as well as short-term sales objectives, aligning with our overarching commercial and communicative strategy. What you will do
As Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy and activation in collaboration with Telenor's key partners through 360 campaign activations including internal and external channels. You will also be responsible for project management of our tactical communication in external channels. You will manage the end-to-end process, meaning initiate, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen both Telenor and our partners. Together with internal and external stakeholders - you will optimize the outcome of the campaigns and secure best possible results. Your responsibilities
  • Drive Telenor's partner media strategy from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to campaign planning and continuous optimization of full-funnel marketing activities, including internal and external channels.
  • Responsible for tactical communication in external channels, working closely with relevant stakeholders internally.
  • Develop and maintain a relevant KPI framework to track measurable progress towards business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the partner media budget and administration, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Close collaboration with Telenor's main partners, as well as other functions within the Telenor MarCom team.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for activation in owned channels.
  • Implement necessary tools to measure progress and KPI impact, translating data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proactively identify development areas and trends in media and marketing, driving their successful implementation within our marketing framework.

Who you are
To succeed in the role as Partner Marketing Manager - we believe that you have prior experience within media, telecom, or related fields. You are strong at building relationships and understand the value of collaborating with partners for long-term success! You are a hands-on Project manager, and you possess a deep understanding of marketing strategies, media and messaging based on customer behavior. You are strategically skilled with good execution ability, translating marketing strategy into active campaigns with concrete KPIs.
You are someone who wants to drive results and enjoys taking on challenges. We are looking for someone who can see the big picture, dares to be proactive, and has good judgment. As a person, you are also decisive and take responsibility, but you are also a flexible team player who builds good relationships both internally and externally. Furthermore, you can handle complex information and can draw conclusions, condense, and communicate the essence. We are looking for a team player who is eager to top your latest achievement.
Key qualifications
  • Graduate degree in marketing, economics, or communication.
  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in project management within the field of media and/or communication.
  • Proven track record of working within the marketing domain, showcasing knowledge in both internal and external channel utilization for communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ensuring smooth coordination of marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Track record of successfully managing budgets and optimizing resources for maximized efficiency.
  • Structured, delivery-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High self-motivation and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.
