Customer facing Product Marketing Manager for Wireless Access Control with sales background

What you would do as our Product Marketing Manager Scandinavia Wireless Access Control
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in driving the success of our products in the market. You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products in multiple sales channels (OEM, B2B, wholesaler) and market verticals (e.g. commercial buildings, hospitals, municipalities, etc). Including finding possibilities for expansion into new verticals. You would also:
  • Participate in the financial planning process within your product area by performing forecasts and following up on sales budgets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop, execute, and report on the performance of sales initiatives to drive product awareness and demand.
  • Create compelling and inclusive product messaging and adapt product positioning and offerings for a diverse range of audiences and end customers.
  • Liaise with and manage external stakeholder relationships within customers and Industry associations for deep understanding of external impact of the product offering.
  • Liaise with and manage internal stakeholder relationships within the wider Digital and Access Solutions Business Segment in our both our Nordic Business Area as well as EMEIA Division.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in B2B sales with multiple distribution channels and market verticals
  • Primarily worked with growth-driving sales activities, technical sales, customer processing/acquisition or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for successful stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
  • Experience in the security and access solutions industry is advantageous.

The ideal candidate possesses a commercial mindset for driving business growth, demonstrates strong self-leadership and initiative, embraces collaboration with a competitive spirit, exhibits curiosity and interest in technology.
This position requires frequent travel (20-25% of your time), collaborating with local sales teams, and visiting customers in Scandinavia.
