About this opportunity:
Working with the Head of Test and Engineering Environment, Gianluca Lombardi, within PEU Compute, Site and Infrastructure, this role is a Line Manager position for the Test 3 section. You will be leading a section with teams responsible of E2E testing in different RAs across EUs (e.g. AAI, F&C, BB&SM, Radio).
Main focus is to secure efficient test, integration and troubleshooting according to organization strategy and responsibility. Main area of responsibility for Test section is MMIMO Radios and Compute products, but we work across section and RAs depending on business need.
You will be main SPOC towards Radios RAs, including Test environment strategy and lab forecasting, in collaboration with TEE LT and other PEGs within CSI.
You will be part of Test and Engineering Environment LT, contributing to execution, verification and delivery to customer of high quality Compute product and RAN SW features. We are looking for a leader passionate to deliver high standard contribution, lead strategy in Test Env to continuously improve WoW, efficiency while increasing Developer Experience (DX) satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Responsible for Test 3 Section, leading and coaching developers and testers
- Main responsible towards RA MMIMO for TEE organization
- Evolve WoW and strategy to ensure improvement both in terms of efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Actively support ongoing projects and participate in reference groups related to TEE
- Customer deliveries
- Competence and capability for business needs, including long term plan
The skills you bring:
• M.Sc., B.Sc. or similar in the Computer, Electrical or Telecommunication Science or Engineering Physics.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Testing, Integration and troubleshooting area.
• Knowledge and experience of R&D processes, including lean & agile practices
• Ability to find and drive continuous improvement work.
• Experience in development initiatives in multi-site organizations or projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Business and costumer focused with a high accountability to deliver results
• A genuine interest in people and be a good communicator
• Fully embrace the Ericsson Leadership Framework
