AdressRadio SW strives to be the most competitive Radio Network R&D unit in the industry. We develop and maintain competitive, high-quality Radio products which give our customers solutions securing future growth. We currently develop LTE, WCDMA and GSM, as well as CDMA and 5G Network solutions to operators all over the world.
Radio Software within Radio Product Sweden (RPSE) is part of the Product Engineering Unit Radio within Hardware Engineering unit in DNEW. We are based in Stockholm (Kista) with operations also in Croatia. Now we are looking for a Line Manager with technical background who will also be engaged in our day to day operations. In this position, continuous development and improvements, driving change, generating energy, motivating coaching and challenging the team, and meeting commitments are key. Also you will work with our partner teams, and take part in related capability and competence planning.

- The person in this position will report to the Head of Radio Software in RPSE
- Technical education on university level
- Relevant knowledge for leading a Software Development unit with very close cooperation with HW-units and Radio Integration.
- Background in working with Radio Access Technologies
- Technical leadership skills, able to understand, support and challenge the technical issues facing your teams
- Ability to work in a cross-functional manner, with a strong understanding of the Systems, Design, Integration and Verification functions
- Able to create, mentor and develop high-performing teams that are result and delivery oriented
- Strongly result oriented and finds it stimulating to work with change management and teamwork/cooperation across the organization
- Ability to apply strategic thinking
- Ability to collaborate and build trust with all internal stakeholders
- Interest and good understanding of the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working
- Excellent skills in communication and “ability to network”
- Find it stimulating to work with teamwork, have a genuine interest in people and be a good communicator
- Business and costumer focused with a high accountability to deliver results
- Good English skills in both writing and conversation
- Radio product knowledge is a merit
