Scania is undergoing a transformation to become a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutionsThe role is for a first-line manager in the Coordination of Initiatives, Safety & Security groupThe manager will lead a team working on the development of Scania's control systems for high-voltage batteries

Responsibilities
• Lead a team of talented professionals in a secure and competent environment• Contribute to the industrialization phase of Scania's next generation Battery Electrical Vehicle• Innovate and develop future concepts to enhance Scania's solutions• Balance the hardware and software in Scania's control system• Collaborate with various roles including object leaders, business developers, safety managers, and cybersecurity manager• Ensure competencies and develop individuals, processes, and governance• Deliver to the whole TRATON group• Embrace challenges and foster a collaborative approach• Contribute to the development of a safe green product• Work within an international organization
Requirements
• Previous experience as a manager, preferably in IT or system development• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience• Good oral and written proficiency in English• Experience working with ISO26262 or equivalent standards• Experience working with Scania or TRATON PDP is advantageous
