In this new key position, you are expected to take the leadin the ongoing development and management of our existing product portfolio across all company brands.
You will be instrumental in conducting sensory evaluations, engaging in meaningful dialogues with suppliers and partners about our current assortment, and spearheading renovation projects, reformulations, and addressing quality-related issues. Your expertise will also be crucial in establishing production at new manufacturing facilities, managing product specifications, and providing support for product-related inquiries.

Located in Stockholm and reporting to the Head of Product Development, you'll thrive in our collaborative and dynamic culture, which places a high value on the synergy of onsite work. Your responsibilities will also include some international travel to work closely with our global partners, guaranteeing our products adhere to the utmost standards of quality and innovation.
Responsibilities and tasks include:
- Maintain and Enhance Product Portfolio: Oversee the continuous maintenance and enhancement of our product range, ensuring our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Sensory Evaluation and Product Analysis: Conduct sensory evaluations and coordinate product analyses to maintain and improve product quality.
- Supplier and Partner Coordination: Engage and coordinate with suppliers and partners on renovation projects, reformulations, and quality improvements.
- New Manufacturing Initiatives: Lead the efforts in establishing our product lines at new manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality production standards.
- Product Data Management: Oversee the management of product data and specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Support and Communication: Provide essential support on product-related inquiries, acting as a key liaison to subsidiaries and other departments.
- Project Management Excellence: Utilize your strong project management skills to lead and track the progress of various product-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
YOU ARE:
In this role, we seek an experienced professional with a solid background in the food industry, focusing on product development and project management. Your strategic acumen in managing a diverse product portfolio and proficiency in coordinating with suppliers, partners, and teams is essential. You should be adept at sensory evaluations, managing product data, and leading initiatives in new manufacturing facilities.
