You have to drive focus while accelerating cross-sell and up-sell.
Is this your next opportunity?
As Head of Sales Small Enterprise, you will be part of a tight collaborative leadership team that together drives the customer journey end-to-end for the small business segment. From building awareness, interest and consideration to action, engagement and retention, steered by maximizing customer and shareholder value. Together we have the revenue and profitability ownership for all our small business customers in Sweden.
Your key responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to target the small business segment, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. Provide visionary leadership to the sales teams and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvements.
  • Sales performance & optimization: Communicate and follow up-sales targets, providing regular reports to senior management. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Skills and change management : Secure and follow-up that the people across the organization have the right competence and know-how to sell our broad portfolio of premium services and be a potential partner to our customers.
  • Steering & Incentives : Make sure that our salespersons across the organisation have incentives steered towards the fulfil ment of organizational goals.
  • Partner and Reseller Management: Manage all external resellers, telesales, and telemarketing partners for our B2B segment,
  • Channels : While part of the channel mix is hosted outside your own organisation, you are the single point of accountability and is responsible for enabling and driving collaboration across channels.
  • Market analysis & tactical steering: On top of executing our own agenda, you are also responsible for c ontinuously monitor ing market trends and competitor activities and adjust ing sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

You experience:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the Small Business market
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field .
  • Experience of managing a mix of Sales channels and a mix of products with a recurring business model.
  • Experience of both online and offline sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse sales teams, both within your own as well as across an organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Proven experience in successfully driving cross-sell ing and driving sales of new categories in existing channels is highly appreciated.
