We are looking for a Head of Sales to join the Ad Layer team. You will be responsible for all sales activities and the results of those. You will work with your clients taking on incoming leads as well as creating your pipeline based on your market penetration. Reporting to the CEO you will be part of the management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a successful, ambitious individual to take on a role that will grow with your success. Going forward this is a position that potentially will turn into a CEO role for the right candidate. Responsibilities Grow the Nordic business using your existing network. Grow existing Nordic relationships with partners and customers to new markets. Drive a creative and entrepreneurial agenda, prioritizing new opportunities and expanding Ad Layers business with new clients and on new markets. Expand Ad Layer in already successful client categories to new clients within the same category. Manage and develop relationships with partners and direct customers. Full responsibility for the P&L and growth of both top-line revenue and overall margin Develop the strategic plan for the business and execute effectively, always looking to exceed budget. Establish and build the brand's long-term presence. Successfully manage new product introductions and category expansion Qualifications You’re a perfect match if you’re driven, curious, and thrive in a tech environment. And if you have the following skills: A clear history of successful business development Experience of working with processes and workflows within digital marketing Experience working within the digital ecosystem Understanding the need for and value of smooth production solutions and how they create value and ROMI. Well-organized, hard-working, and highly motivated A strong networker and capable of influencing at a senior level. Be able to demonstrate strong commercial and negotiation skills.
