Your expansive toolkit includes our own retail stores, customer service channels, an in-house sales force, a robust website, and a network of external partners-including telemarketers, resellers, and telesales teams-totalling over 600 dedicated personnel. You will lead a talented team of 30+, managing cross-functional efforts with two senior managers under your wing.
As a key player in our tight-knit leadership team, you'll navigate the entire customer journey for small businesses, from raising awareness to securing loyalty, all while maximizing value for our customers and shareholders alike. With a 170-year history of providing critical infrastructure, we are now turning our focus to the digital future-a future you will help shape.
Your mission:
- Craft and implement visionary sales strategies to captivate the small business market, ensuring they're in lockstep with our company's mission.
- Drive a high-achieving sales culture, fostering continuous improvement and peak performance.
- Deliverrigorous sales analysis, set clear targets, and provide insightful reports to steer our sales force towards exceptional results.
- Champion skills development and change management to ensure our team possesses the expertise to deliver our comprehensive suite of premium services.
- Design and oversee incentive programs that align with our strategic goals, inspiring every member of our sales force to excel.
- Manage and elevate our partner and reseller network, ensuring a harmonious and profitable B2B ecosystem.
- Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors, adapting strategies to maintain our competitive edge and spearhead market leadership.
Is this you?
Your experience:
- A seasoned leader with a track record of sales excellence.
- Adept at managing diverse sales channels and product mixes, particularly within the recurring business model sphere.
- Well-versed in both online and offline sales, with a deep understanding of the small business market.
- A superb communicator, negotiator, and presenter, capable of leading and motivating multifaceted teams.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a strategic mindset and a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experienced in cross-selling and introducing new categories within established channels.
