Head Of Operations - Facility Management And Real Estate

The Head of Operations in Facilities Management (FM) and Real Estate (RE) is responsible for the strategic and daily operational management of these critical functions. This role entails overseeing the planning, maintenance, compliance, budget management, and team leadership aspects of FM and RE. The incumbent ensures the efficient and cost-effective management of the organization's physical infrastructure and Real Estate assets.

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize Facility Management and Real Estate operations.
• Align FM and RE strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Facility Management:

• Oversee the maintenance, services, and logistics of buildings and properties.
• Ensure all facilities adhere to health, safety, and legal standards.

Real Estate Management:

• Manage the organization's Real Estate assets, including development, leasing, and divestiture of properties.
• Make informed recommendations on Real Estate investments.

Budget Management:

• Control costs and budgets for both FM and RE sectors.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage teams within the FM and RE departments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that all FM and RE operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate risks associated with FM and RE activities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and clients.
• Align FM and RE operations with the organization's overall objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of FM and RE operations.
• Implement improvements and best practices to enhance overall performance.
