- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize Facility Management and Real Estate operations.
- Align FM and RE strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance, services, and logistics of buildings and properties.
- Ensure all facilities adhere to health, safety, and legal standards.
- Manage the organization's Real Estate assets, including development, leasing, and divestiture of properties.
- Make informed recommendations on Real Estate investments.
- Control costs and budgets for both FM and RE sectors.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Lead and manage teams within the FM and RE departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
- Ensure that all FM and RE operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate risks associated with FM and RE activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and clients.
