This dual role will be responsible both for HR Operations in Sweden and at the same time coordinate country specific HR policies, activities, and initiatives in Sweden. As HR Director Sweden, you will work closely with HR and management in our businesses, our unions, and our corporate HR functions. Maintaining a HR network across Sweden and driving initiatives will be a key part of this role.

HR Operations and payroll team in Sweden is in Solna and in Jönköping. Currently, the team have 12 employees working together to support our managers and employees with operational HR services and payroll.
The role requires that you are patient, reflective, structured, able to prioritize and that you can work well under pressure. It would be beneficial if you also have experience from HR business partner area, to contribute on the strategic level.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drive agreed HR-responsibilities on the HR country agenda, such as salary review, work environment, union negations and compensation & benefits related matters.
- Support HR activities and projects:
- Support HR in business with strategic human resource projects
- Support global HR functions in yearly recurring activities such as engagement survey, performance management process etc
- Support merger, demerger, acquisition, and outsourcing projects involving HR activities
- Lead and manage the HR Operations & payroll team, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Together with the team you will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle including areas such as: employment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, terms and conditions, organizational changes, work environment, rehabilitation, time reporting and off boarding
- Provide policies, procedures and templates that are up to date and in line with collective agreements and local laws
- Build, develop and lead good cooperation within the global HR Operations team and external vendors
Wishful experience:
- Leadership and communication skills
- An academic degree such as HR, or other relevant areas
- Experience within a broad HR operations/HR Generalist role
- Experience from strategic HR role
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Experience with union relations
- Experience of Comp & Ben area
- Experience of driving projects
- Fluently in using IT-tools and supporting HR with IT-systems
