Leading execution leaders to success in delivering great technology solutions for Service Area Finance!
In Service Area Finance Technology we are looking for a team lead that will lead a team of Execution leaders in their roles as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Project Manager or Programme manager, as well as take active part in supporting our business delivery.

About this opportunity
Welcome to Service Area Finance Technology and Execution Leadership. As the Team Lead, you will be a key player in ensuring that projects and agile deliveries bring value to our business partners and customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Line and people management of a team of Execution leaders
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and business delivery in the Financial Accounting & Procurement Service Domain, as part of the Leadership team
- Plan and drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements in Execution Leadership capability together with fellow team leads
- Support Service Area Finance Technology overall Leadership team with improving ways of working in the value chain
You will work in Stockholm and your team will be located in the Nordic countries and Poland. You will join the Service Domain Leadership team in Financial Accounting & Procurement, and spend approximately half your time as a capability and people leader, and the other half taking active part in delivery.

Your experience and background is likely to include much of the following:
- Multi-year experience in project/programme management and/or agile delivery
- Previous experience as Leader of Leaders or Leaders of others in a more challenging setting
- Background from technology environment and strong interest in role of technology in business development
- Certification in Project/Programme management and/or Agile delivery methods is most beneficial
